Monkey Pot (Sacupaia)- single

The Monkey Pot originates from the Lecythis elliptica, a large nut producing tree found in the Amazonian forests.

The term "Monkey Pot" is said to derive from a monkey baiting technique where the empty nut is filled with fruit; a monkey would be able to insert its paw but unable to remove it.
