Canceling/Changing an Order

Once an order is submitted online or over the phone, it is a commitment to purchase. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations, but we cannot guarantee them. Orders must be canceled within 2 hours to prevent fulfillment. Please contact info@herphut to cancel.

Plants or live animals pulled for packing can not be cancelled as plant cutting would need to be replanted and animals risk unnecessary stress so please ensure you are happy with your order before checking out. 

A restocking fee of 15% may be charged at the discretion of Herp hut for orders already packed. 

Payment/Purchase options 

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping or pickup. Acceptable forms of payment include, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, email money transfer, Applepay, Shop,Google pay, PayPal. Interac is currently not available. Cash, credit card are only option at the door for pickup. 

Holds

Animals and goods may be placed on hold up to 30 days if paid in full. If the customer for any reason chooses to not accept the hold animals or items a 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited to Herp Hut. This is the avoid customers who would often request we hold rare animals or goods and fail to pickup. This 30 day window is meant to allow a customer to properly setup and enclosure for their animal to help with proper care. If you need more time then 30 days for a held animal please contact Herp Hut at info@Herphut.ca. It will be up to Herp Hut if we will extend any holds.
